“Kim’s Key Lime Cookies and Gourmet Products were introduced in 1994 at The International Fancy Food Show at The Mosconi Center, San Fran, CA.

The products were purchased immediately by the buyers from Nordstrom west coast, Macy’s NYC and east coast, Disney Orlando vacation properties.  From there, WH Smith purchased for airport gifts shops nationwide, from San Fran, to Chicago, to Boston and all over Florida.

Kim’s Key Lime Cookies filled a void for “key lime lovers” and still do to this day!  Kim’s Key Lime Cookies taste like a ‘sweet key lime pie’ – then, either dusted in powdered sugar or dipped in white chocolate.  Mini pretzels and Caramel corn dipped in white chocolate are also on the menu!”
